Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the following refund guarantees:
- Full refund if you do not receive your order
- Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time (up to 45 business days, excluding 1–3 business days processing time)
- Full or partial refund if the item you receive is not as described
Important Refund Conditions
Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or natural events
Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
All Wroom Wroom products are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order.
